Support for a Domain
I have been fighting this problem for the past 5 days tring to get support to fix the issue AI am having but no one in support seems to be capable of resolving this issue.
I signed up for Re-seller hosting on friday and registered a new domain name through hostgator/domains www.arkanedomains.com Somthing happened with the config file and the wrong nameservers are listed in the whois record, with the registar. I changed the host record as well as the DNS zone to ns1.arkanedomains.com and ns2.arkanedomains.com and it is still not propigating. Until this error is corrected I cannot point a domain with another registar to these name servers. I have multiple tickets explaining the history, with no results comming from support. Please HELP!
