Have you noticed a trend of recent years of mass navigation which always seems to lead backwards to the FAQ's which are not the solution to your particular problem?
I tried to contact a company recently over a piece of software and actually gave up, as all contact us links led to mass question/answer sessions and automation robotic replies, none of which could address my problem. One of the worst is actually one of the best sites online - Google. I find it nigh on impossible to find a contact apart from the obvious 'abuse@'. Two companies spring immediately to mind for EXCELLENT contact and support, one is Kaspersky and the other? Hostgator I wish other companies would follow suit. To most it seems to be buy our product - now sod off!
