This has got to be one of the fastest support tickets ever!
I was trying to reset my password on my dedicated server but encountered errors during form submission. 4:26 PM | Aug 7, 2008 Hello, I keep getting \"There was no data found under the information you entered. \" each time I fill in the form fields. I would say hostgator is a caring company, although with the volume of tickets they deal with has gone up many folds, but seems Brent is doing best to Hire more and more quality staff.
As new staff would take some time to learn and start speeding up support, this would gradually benefit all of us. I read somewhere hostgator now employs 200 people, which is GREAT, as a old and happy customer I wish you to grow more and Hire another 200. Thanks Hostgator's |

You are very welcome to put this thread in the customer reviews with my other one 3 months ago.
I was extremely happy with the service that I got yesterday and all the other times that I had a problem. I know from experience, that the support people are like me and you and should be treated like you would want to be treated, that is why I think that politeness and respect goes a long way...

Well today I needed support because I was getting a 500 internal server error on one of my domains and it was solved in less than 5 minutes from putting a ticket in to support and getting it fixed!
Way to go HG!!!
