Superb Customer Support!!!

The subject line says it all!!!

I want to first say that there are folks in the internet marketing communtiy that have been bashing your customer support on a daily basis. Of course this lead me to be leary about your company before signing up.

Now that I have had numerous first hand experiences I know that the talk about your support wash BS.

You guys are on top of things. Just last noght I submitted a ticket around 12:00 am on a Friday night and I got an answer by 12:30am. The answers and guidance was right on the money and I was able to fix the problemsthat I was having. I even received another email asking if I had any other issues at 1:00am. Keep up the good work!!! I for one recommend your hosting service on a daily basis!!!

I want to thank the entire support staff for the fast turn around and great guidance!!!
