I moved to a reseller plan this past weekend, not being a guru by any stretch of the term, HostGator made the move so great. I did it all myself and I do admit to a few small bugsbut live chat, phone and email where fast, courtious and unbeleivably rapid in all responses.

Any question and/or issue I had was dealt with in record time! I moved it all myself but a few little things needed HG support and they wre right there when I needed help.

Thanks and kudos to the support (and sales) staff for making my life a bit easier!
