Sunfire down?

is sunfire down? None of my sites are responding and access by ip address is not working either.

I saw on another post that live stats can tell me this - how do I look at them?

Its live CHAT

You can access that by clicking on the icon at the top right hand side of this site

well it looks like it's back again - most annoying as I'm working on a dynamic page and need to see what's going on, not to mention what happens to my customers' sites

Tried the live chat but it looks like it's coffee time - 'an operator will be with you shortly'
