When I was on Yahoo they had a backup control panel or whatever that would tell me all the backups that were done and I could restore from that control panel. In Gator I need to manually make backups of my site, unless I am mistaken.

Also perhaps the chat interface could be improved a little.

The one on this site looks nice (http://www.inmotionhosting.com/).

In cpanel you create your own backup whenever you want. You cannot however restore those backups yourself on a shared account. HG has to do it for you.

You are backing up regularly and downloading to your computer, aren't you?
