Suggestion

I have seen in other forums like customer review forums that most other companies charge for doing backups of sites, I have not found a host in the 10 years I have had hosting companies never have I found 1 that charged me to do, restore, and give me a back up of my site.

I would like to say that, that is misleading that most other companies charge cause I have been with a number of different hosts and have never had to pay for backups.

Also those companies that I have been with usually answered my questions vary quickly.

Here's a suggestion based on your previous "Reviews", keep your account paid up-to-date and there generally is no problem accessing your data. Good luck at your next host.
