Frustrating as it undoubtedly is for non-English speakers, English has become and seems likely to remain for the foreseeable future the common language of international business. Nevertheless, most companies that do business globally will make every reasonable effort to accomodate customers in their own language if possible. So try asking HG directly about it and see what can be worked out for customers who only communicate in Arabic. They might surprise you.
