SubDomains w/Add On Domains on Prepress Forums

Hello,

I am looking to set-up some subdomains on a AddOn domain. After looking at the control panel, I am wondering is that even possible because I see the AddOn domains are setup as sub domains in there..

Also, I am concerned about the content in a subdomain getting seen as duplicate content if a spider crawls to it through the folder structure. Can I just keep that protected by using the robots.txt file to deny that folder throught the normal folder structure. I had that happen to an AddOn domain, Google crawled to it and indexed it through the primary packages domain, then read the content. After that, my actual AddOn domain was de-indexed for duplicate content... So, i am being really careful on this trying to be sure I'm doing it right. Please advise.
