Angry subdomain issues

can you help me i have signed up for a reseller account but this will only allow 1 subdomain is shows in control panel as 1/1 subdomains how to i increase this reseller should have unlimeted subdomains but i can find nothing to show me how to increase this to unlimited can you help me the more detail provided the better i am new to cpanel.

After your account is activated you have to create a package in WHM and assign it to your own account (with as many subdomains etc. as you want).
You should have received a welcome mail after signup. It contains a link to the pages with some info needed to get you started.

Thankyou I have now managed to sort this out I am new to cpanel but now when I try to log in today i can access anything on my account I cant get into anything why is this is there some thing wrong? I was hoping to get my domain names pointing to my domain today but cant access my cpanel or account in anyway?

Finally sorted issues out with my account after several emails over several hours and finally sorted out the technical support is brilliant many thanks to all that helped me getted sorted out.

I moved from another hosting company (fasthosts) to come to hostgator because of recommendations from lads i work and when these guys and girls get gowing boy do they mean business. excellent, polite, simple to understand help brilliant work looks like you now have a long term customer this kind of care and support that i have spent so long looking for i finally have found a home to start a business from knowing peace of mind i have a great first class hosting company and technical support team behind me excellent work to all at host gator again many many thanks
