Subdirectories

I feel like an idiot for asking this, but I just can't figure this out.

I got my account earlier today, and though my domain name isn't pointing at my site yet, I'm testing things out with the server's IP and ~brentdax. Files in public_html seem to work fine, but trying to access subdirectories doesn't work--I get a completely blank page. Interestingly, I get the same thing if I try to access a nonexistent directory; the error log remains empty in both cases.

Is there something special I have to do to make subdirectories work? Am I missing something really obvious? Will this problem Just Go Away when the domain name gets hooked up?

Whoops. Turns out the problem wasn't really there--forwarding was tricking me. :roll: It works fine now.
