After contacting support via online chat, opening a support ticket, reply still has not been set, I am starting to get a little annoyed. I signed up for this account close to 10 hours ago and still no access to the forum, I understand that this is to protect against spam but I believe staff should check regularly. Would you please activate my account!

I do apologize about the wait, we do have an active staff that works the forum activation queues, however they also work on sales support tickets also and sometimes get behind on activating forums as the sales support tickets are priority.

It's odd because your profile does not say Awaiting Activation but Hatchling Croc. Have you tried logging out and the logging back in?

Looks like you just verified your email address today which just open the ticket a few hours ago. The ticket was replied to and your account is active.
