I had a problem with a member of our group not being able to see our site so I came on here to ask for help. They asked me to open a ticket, which I did and I was very impressed! Turns out the problem was with some settings in my forum which the staff fixed for me..me being not familiar with alot of the detail workings with file settings..response time was very quick and they again went beyond the call to fix my problem. They were very friendly and gave me suggestions for other things that can help me out later. Thank you so very much HG for the great support!
