Unhappy Still Can't Access Site Builder

I have checked all the DNS settings with my Registrar for craigdouglasgephart.com after having been told by Wesley that they did not appear to be correct. I went in several days ago and made sure I had everything pointing to the HG nameservers and IP address I received in my welcome letter from HostGator. Still, when I login to www.craigdouglasgephart.com/cpanel today and go to Site Studio, I am not recognized or able to create a Site Studio account. Can someone please tell me how to correct this or what else I should be looking for as I would very much like to use this feature?

Also, I tried to create a support ticket a few minutes ago for this matter but I can't even do that as the process fails! I'm a bit frustrated my relationship with HG is off to what appears to be such a rocky start as, aside from getting a lot more space with HG, I'm finding the support and continuity of the service very questionable compared to the hosting company I was planning on leaving. I do hope things get better.
