I'm confused. I used the "view all tickets" I think in the new HostGator (
) ticket system. All my tickets are "On Hold".Is "On Hold" gator speek for "Closed"? ![]() Anybody know what the "status" setting are? I looked but didn't see anything on it. (Might be like my glass on my nose?) Last edited by hcacree; 02-26-2008 at 01:12 PM. |

Yes, that's how I understand it.
I wish I knew why -- or why it can't be closed instead of on hold. |

Maybe after a month or something it closes automatically. If it was just closed right away, and say you have same problem a couple of days later, you could update the ticket instead of opening a new one and trying to explain again...

You can reply to a closed ticket, it will re-open it.
