![]() Hi, all. Hove you expeirence that one guy says this, another guy says that when you ask the same thing? I hate this thing. I call the same company for the same subject. Each persone who response says different things. Because the company is not organized or those who work for the company is not responsive, they don't care but paycheck! I think this web hosting company is like that. I verified the credit card and ID, and paid full amount. And to make sure, I chatted with support and made sure everything was verified and OK. He/she said the server will be setup in 24 hours. I've checked my email waiting for welcome email after server setup. No email. I went to my invoice page of HostGator. It says 'Fraud' mark. I chatted with support guy. He doesn't know what's going on. Just I have to wait. It's on sales' admin. He doesn't know my server is setup or not. They say my server is being setup. And without any notice, they are holding server setup. It's not proper thing. It's business. When you using hosting server, it means your business is depending on the hosting company. The hosting company should be organized. I don't think this guys are the one we can depends on. I start to process to get refund and go to other company. ![]() In case, here is ticket number. Hello,
Sorry for the confusion but your server is not "on hold". The billing system marks accounts as fraud when they are put on hold to be verified. You verified your account and the server is in line to be set up. We stated on October 12th and 10:21PM CST that your server was in line to be provisioned. Servers can take up to 48 hours to be setup, so it will be done within that time.

OK, now more than 48 hours passed.
I understand that things happen. If setting up is late or there is issue you guys should email me. So far, no email. NO Server setup. YOu guys' just taking here without real work? What's problem here? What's going on? There is no way to check it! Since each of you guys say different thing! |
