Hi, I know it X-mas but I thought it would've been nice for hostgator to finish set up of the SSL on my website before going wherever they had to go. Now im sitting infront of the website not found because of changes to the dedicated IP address and I have 2 days off to finish the ecommerce website and I cant do it because SSL is not working and browser cant find the new location for the website. Hate to sound impatiend but this stuff was supposed to take about half hour, now I cant even upload new version of oscommerce and troubleshoot it and continue adding new products. Excuse I heard that I might have added addon domain, which I never did, I have reseller account and all I did created new accounts and set them up. The website that has problems is www.templates410.com
everybody on instant messaging is gone I guess for today and cause of x-mass I guess I will not get this resolved till friday.

You can use ip/~username/ to view uploadings to your site till the new ip proprogates to it's domain.

Your new ip is 69.72.129.226

Well I just checked https://www.templates410.com and it still not working. So is http://www.templates410.com
I just checked all of IM support and looks like everybody is on idle and away. I sent messages to the sales@hostgator.com with my main account username and password that way if you want to delete the templates410.com site and start it again- thats fine with me just as long as you dont delete the rest of the accounts and main one. I really have to work on it ASAP for my client. Also the shared SSL works fine but I ordered my own certificate from Gator to avoid showing actual IP address and just have https://www.templates410.com. This is what started the whole problem once it was switched over to dedicated IP address. Would it be just easier to start all over and just delete this account and just start new one??? thank you and waiting here on x-mass infront of my computer
