Are we limited to using cpanel for site management with a reseller plan?
I currently use a rather expensive host, but I'm able to telnet securely to my server space which is very nice. I also have space on a 'discount' host, but am limited to the gui interface - yuck. Thanks in advance!

You aren't limited from what I think your asking. We don't allow telnet or shell access due to security reasons, but you can ftp into your account which gives you direct access to all your files.

I currently have shell access and regular ftp access.
I may just be old-fashioned - I like the command line! Thanks anyway!
