Sporadic Network issues 11/10/04

As some of you have noticed there are some network issues affecting random users trying to access your site. Not everyone is affected but many are. The latest news is that a router has been replaced and things should be back to normal shortly.


Below is the old news they gave us....

"We've made some changes that should have improved things. We'll be swapping out the SUP engine on DSR2-1 as soon as we get it in (it's on it's way right now), and that should permanently fix the recent networking issues in dllstx4. Again thank you for your patience while we resolve this. We'll post again when we've completed the swap out."

Is there an update on this? Should be be in the clear? What was the exact cause?
