special price? bandwidth exceeds?

Hi!

As a new potential customer I have a couple questions:
1) May I have special lower price for lower limits?
2) What is going on if I exceed a bandwidth? May you just limit the transfer speed if my site is going close to the limit?

They wouldn't really make a smaller plan because they don't want to have too many accounts on a box. Also, the bandwidth stays fun and when you hit the mark it will bring a bandwidth exceeded notice to anyone who tries to view your site.
