Unhappy Spamhaus / Infinity

It seems that Spamhaus is listing Infinity, thus a lot of email does not get delivered. (10 April 2005)

Is there any way to prevent this? Or is there a way to minimize the time to resolve?

I face the same problem too.

Rejected mails saying that we are listed with Spamhaus.

Hope that something can be done soon.

Spamhaus is blocking mine too (67.18.54.147 GatorASP). It's been this way since thursday April 7, 2005. I don't really blame hostgator as much as I blame Spamhaus's crappy way of doing business, but four days down is four days to many.

I have been really happy with hostgator up to this point, but I find their lack of a work around disheartning. Spamhaus tells them who the offending account is and when I checked it out today it's still there. I really hope they can get if fixed today.

I experienced the same thing on Jetta, and HG sorted it out quite quickly (as far as I could see). I don't know the particulars of this case, but because of some RBLs having interesting (un)blocking practices it must be really hard work to keep all servers off lists. It is important that this gets sorted, though. Joe, you mentioned a workaround... how? I'd like to know how that could be dealt with. HG, can you change the IP that emails go out from, for everyone else's benefit before an antispam organisation removes the server from their lists? Or would that be counterproductive?

Olly.

Please open a ticket if you're being blocked. I believe gatorasp was sorted out today by them.
