I've been trying unsuccessfully to change my login password at your Modern Bill to make it more secure yet no matter what new password I try to use it keeps on giving me the exact same error every single time. "[Error] New Password is Invalid". Your directions say "(3 char: Aa-Zz & 0-9 only)" and I've followed that to a tee. I tried 8 letters and numbers, 10 letters and number and 12 letters and numbers and it just won't accept anything I try to use. I have not used any special characters at all and I have made sure the first letter of the pw is a letter not a number.
Can you guys just check and confirm your pw change on your Modern Bill is working properly cause it doesn't seem to want to let me change mine no matter how I do it.
