Some Well Deserved Praise

Well, I have had many Negative Reviews due to major frustration in getting things done. But now is the time for a bit of Praise.

I had an issue with my site overnight and so far I have not been to sleep and been getting my site fixed, I have been going all night long. And I needed to have up to 5 backups on the server at one time during this process, so I submitted a ticket with a request to see if I would be permitted to do this. And I was.

My site is now just about back to normal, well better then normal, and I want to thank HG for all there help and support during these tough times. We are still working through an issue, but I must say for some reason that issue isn't occuring anywhere near as much as it was.
So to Nate C, Douglas, David Na, I say a huge thank you for your assistance and helping me sort out the issues I have been having. I know I have been very frustrated at these issues, and you all did understand the reasoning behind it and were very patient with me and I thank you for that.

I no longer feel there is any need to leave HG, I think I am beginning to fall in
