1) What is the back up policy for the Hatchling accounts ?
Not speaking of the cpanel instant backups. Does the system do auotmatic backup? Are there RAID ? 2) Does the company guarantee it wont be selling off clients in the midway ? ( like Tinas affordablehost, webdudes wzpro etc ) 3) What are the ways to keep reg glob ON if its off ? Things like the following works here ? php_value register_globals 1 -or- php_value register_globals=ON ? Are both php4 and 5 available ? 4) Can tech staff transfer all my data from a hsphere account ( data, not database ) the same day I order an account ( I will need this before 4th Feb ) 5) Why is uptime 99.5 for Hatchling but 99.99 for others ? 6) Do you have a server-network uptime and status url ? 7) Finally, for Hatcling a/c is there any mode to pay monthly and then shift to yearly if everything found ok ? |
