There are several options for control panels used on the VPS product line depending on the level of VPS and what hosting control panel you ordered. Here is some general information from the Host Gator Support Portal that may help answer you question.

Can you give me some examples with screens?
In system processes i put in the "Command" textbox the link of the .exe that i want to start(ex. /var/game/name/process2start.exe) and i select SIGHUP and press SEND SIGNAL; now it say No processes selected... Can som1 teach me how to start a program that i uploaded on server? Then can i create a NON-PROFIT Team Speak 3 server on your VPS? Thx
