Ok, I found out the root of this problem. It is caused by your scripts that are out dated and they need to be updated. So if you get that error, do check on your scripts and update them to the latest version. I would also suggest that HG staffs do checks on it as the problem will spread to everyone on the server.
Thanks, BlinkJet |

Are referring to the "security warning" email informing accountholders that one of their scripts needs to be updated?
It does not say your site has been hacked. "Finding the root of the problem" involves reading the email itself, which also spells out your proposed solution, updating the script involved to the latest version.

if it says your site was hacked it's kind of late to check for updates, you should do that BEFORE you get hacked =P

Exploiters can do much more harmful things than simply leaving that kind of message...from taking over your mail server and sending spam, to redirecting visitors to a malware site, to implanting a mal for your visitors to take with them. Everybody who has a shared account who discovers any kind of intrusion should contact abuse(at)hostgator.com. A number of threads have discussed the reasons to do this.
