why is my site down again?

this is beginning to be rediculous. i don't care who is sweating bullets. when it happens this often there is just no excuse.

Hi Ibasq, I had a tech look at your site. (Which would have happened if you sent in a ticket!

) You had your name servers set to ns.onpadre.com and ns2.onpadre.com Our servers are set up for ns1 and ns2 only. Brent has fixed the problem, but it will take up to 24 hours for it to be fixed on all isps.

If this is true then just goes to show you should check the basics before you start complaining!
