So far I am really enoying my new host here. We came from GoDaddy and right from the start I noticed a major speed increase here also we have a ton more control over our account with less restrictions.

The only problem I have had that I must say I was not impressed with was we installed OSTicket from Fantastico which is a auto install however it was giving us all sorts of SQL errors. We tried it twice so I contacted the live support window and they said it was SQL errors and we could fix it... We? But this is a automated install script... I would think it should work on here out of the box. So then the told me I could do a ticket and they could take a look... So... We just removed it. I just would have thought since its something your offering through Fantastico that they would want to know that it does not work but what do I know...


Also just a note: They are using a very old verison of OSTicket here which is full of security holes. You might want to upgrade to the newest scripts. I just found that out from the OSTicket forums.

Other then that I am very pleased with the service so far.

Unfortunately those Fantastico scripts are chosen/updated directly from the people that offer Fantastico, so we don't get a new version until they choose to release it.

Just an update. I submitted a ticket to Netenberg and they are upgrading OS Ticket in their next release. Here is the official response:
