So Far, So Great!
It's been just over a month for me as a Reseller with Gatorhost and so far everything has been smooth sailing. No downtime at all experienced. Everything is fast loading, with easy-to-find support for any questions I did have. Any support tickets I have submitted where answered within an exceptable amount of time.
The only thing that took a wee bit, was access to the support forums. My only suggestion would be in this area..to assign someone to grant access to new customers daily. I could have used some of the info there right from day one, but a little patience goes along way and I'm a very happy customer.
I suspect in the near future I'll be in search with Gatorhost for a Dedicated Server. I look forward to the expanded and future business with Gatorhost.
