I've had accounts at a number of places, and so far Hostgator is doing by far the best. Each support issue I've had has been resolved quickly and competently, and the availability of chat to discuss it is a major win. At least it makes me feel like there's somebody really there. (One note to support: Even though you resolved my problems you didn't always respond to them. Make sure to always respond when you close it!)
The very best thing about Hostgator's reseller account: the great control of DNS, with parking, pointing, subdomains, and even control of the actual records. I love it. Best feature out there.
