After having experienced many email outages and periods of downtime of up to 10 days, I decided it was time to find another host. I spent 3 days reviewing web hosts and eventually decided to sign up with HostGator, mainly because they seemed to offer what I needed and I couldn't find anything negative about them. So, having signed up, imagine my surprise when within 7 minutes, I was able to get into my new site and could have started to upload. Based on the fact that my last host took 4 days to sort out access - this is an incredible start.
