SMTP limit dedicated server

Hi,

I'm thinking about purchasing a Dedicate server from hostgator.

I've about 30k clients and I need to contact them often.

So I need to send lots of emails daily because this I need to know if the dedicated server has any smtp limit.

Yes, that is true, but you'll need to be careful with a 30K list. You will need to monitor your output and verify that you aren't being flagged as spam by AOLers. You still risk getting yourself blacklisted.

that is a big list. Stil, dedicated will do it

make sure the user is subscribe to your mailing list, and also allow a easy link to optout, the list must include at email footer

I can also add, if you try and send all 30k at once, your dedicated will come to a halt. So make sure you cut back on the amount you send all at once and batch them or the load on the server will max out.
