SmarterTrack v7 Portal URL
What would be the "standard" SmarterTrack Base URL to the SmarterTrack portal? When I contacted the HostGator tech support, they said is should be www.mydomain.com/support but I do not have a directory for support.
After reviewing the SmarterTrack users guide, it sounded like the Setup Wizard would be where the website URL is initially entered. When I RDP to my server and then login to SmarterTrack, I can look into the Settings section and I see a path but it is to LOCALHOST. Any idea how I can find the portal URL? Clearly, I am a novice at this....

I think it uses port 9996
so go to http://yourdomain.com:9996 or replace yourdomain.com with your server ip address.
