All my sites on smartcar are down since 10 minutes. Whats happening? Is this normal with host gator? I'm hosted here since about 5 weeks and this is the second time my sites disappear...

When something like that happens you should 1st go to the Live Chat and ask if they know about it... most of the time the answer is "yes, the server was rebooted and should be up very soon" or so...
