I've used HostGator over the year for a few of my websites. My current one RadonHost is up and has a 100% uptime. But it still remains a bit slow. A ping takes 153ms and considered to other host's it is slow.
But overall i think HostGator is the best option. The support is so nice and fast, The features are great! Thanks for the hosting, .iPlay |

Can you provide a ticket with the following information as this could be caused by numerous things including things related to your ISP or their upstream which would be outside of our control ?
1.) Your IP address as seen from www.hostgator.com/ip.shtml 2.) A 100 count ping to the server 3.) A traceroute to the server To perform a traceroute: If you are on a Windows machine, goto Start >> Run. Type in cmd and hit OK Now at the command line type: tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter. If you are on Linux or Max OSX, Open a terminal window and type traceroute yourdomain.com and hit enter.
