Skyline Problems.. AGAIN?

what is going on with these servers? They are constantly down lately, and I'm getting rather angry, as are my customers... I haven't been online all weekend except for today, and who the heck knows how long this latest problem occured! this is getting to be a bit rediculous...

please can someone check what is going on, and please tell me if this is something that will continue.. if so, tell me now so I can stop wasting my money with you guys and find another reseller asap. I've had it..

oh yah, and your online chat support is horrible.. why is it that I have to wait 16 minutes for a reply, only to have the person tell me they are level so and so and cannot help me and to email support.

uhg... please fix my sites!

I guess I imagined it all then.. since I was told (from the online chat - after waiting 8 minutes before receiving a reply) that my sites were in fact NOT down and there was no problem whatsoever... I see... take a look at the chat we had and decide for yourself!

why is it whenever i come to the online chat with an issue, it never seemed to be an issue? that it was all somehow in my mind LOL.. this is not the first time i have asked for help about a site (or sites) that have been down, and then magically they re-appeared and the chat person tells me it's working just fine... how transparent can that be!!! it's a bit rediculous...

i seeeeeee .... well my sites are working now... but why they were down, and for how long they were down, I guess I will never know.. seeing as they were in fact NOT down according to 'monica'.. ah well..

Chat isn't the system administrators who work on the servers. They would not be aware of something if it only lasted a few minutes. Skyline has been fine other than a few common things we have stopped such as spammers, script crashers etc.
