Skyline down

Skyline seems to be down.

One of my customers called and said that he has not had connection for last half hour

Oh no...Yes, it seems to be down. All of our sites are not accessible and I checked via Alerta and Site Uptime to make sure it wasn't me. What's going on? Since this server was supposed to be full in terms of reseller accounts, there must be new clients of existing resellers that are causing these problems, unless its just another h/w failure.

ok, it's been down for awhile now. what's the status?

ok, it came back up for a little while. now it's down again. can anyone give a estimate on how long it will take to fix? thanks...
