Skeleton Directory and CGI Scripts?

Can I add a CGI script to my New Account Skeleton Directory and have it install the CGI script automagically with each new account? Will permissions carry over? How about paths - they will be different for each account...

Basically I want to add a perl based CGI portal that isn't in Fantastico's list. It's called WebAPP and it's pretty nice. http://www.web-app.org for more details.

Maybe another roundabout way would be to contact the makers of Fantastico and have them add it in to Fantastico?

Just to your information in case you did not know. The script you are using is unsafe copy of the original script from http://www.web-app.net
Run a search on google for web-app.org and security, you will find several hundreds articles confirming that. It is so unsafe that your site and server can be hacked and defaced any moment.

If you are looking for a more stable CMS, I would recommend you using the original WebAPP script.
