Ive been trying all day to get to someone about upgrading to a dedicated server. Ive been trying, without success for six days to get things straightened out.
Evidently sales cant help, support cant help and Brent who they forward my messages to, doesnt answer any emails from anyone. You have suspended my critical traffic sites, you moved my main site without notice, i was offline for an entire weekend, my #1 ranked google site being redirected to a laptop reseller. I believe I have been more than patient, and I expect an answer today. Ive been trying since this morning. so wake up your sales department, drag their butts into the office and help your clients. Now, you said you have me on a semi-dedicated server for a week, which ends on friday. If my sites disappear, further steps will be taken. No apologies, no more excuses. |

your sales and support people say they forward messages to you here is the one support mails I am waiting for response to. still nothing as of this morning. BPR-45980-363 then emailed sales directly three times to get the dedicated server information sales@hostgator.com |
