sitestudio & Cpanel

I'm very new and very lost. I don't understand the relationship of Cpanel and Sitestudio. Once our site gets published using sitestudio, will I manage the site with that or Cpanel.

Site studio is for designing and publishing the site. Cpanel is for everything else. (i.e. configuring email accounts, spam settings, viewing logs and stats, and more)

If you are trying to do something specific, just ask a question in these forums and most anyone here would be glad to explain the process.
