I am considering HostGator for a reseller account. My plan is to advertise SiteStudio as an "easy" to use sites builder for businesses that do not have much computer expertise but want to be able to maintain their own websites.
On the other hand, it should have a lot of plugins as needed: forums, forms, storefronts, mapquest inserts, blogs etc, etc. Could some SitStudio users give me some feedback about any weaknesses this product has? Also, does anyone have any fully developed websties built with SiteStudio that I can view? I appreciate your time and help! ![]() Rick in Columbus, Ohio |

Hi GTGeorge,
I was not aware that they charge you an ongoing $2/mo fee for using site studio. I am very new to online marketing and was going to use it as a way to get a starter site up and going while I learned how to do it myself...do you have any suggestions on a better way for a TOTAL NEWB to get their first site up and running? Thanks for your help! BTW does the GT stand for Georgia Tech? Kim |

NO the GT is the prefix for my transmission shop and has nothing to do with GA Tech while my logo does slightly resemble it.

Thanks for the suggestions, George. And regarding the GT question...I guess I can now let go with a hearty "Go Dawgs!" and I won't offend you! (:

Have you tried out the demo yet?
http://www.hostgator.com/sitestudio.shtml You may want to sign up on a shared plan for a month to try out exactly what you want to do.
