Earlier this evening my account was suspended. I received an email saying my site was no longer suitable for a shared environment. It also said my sites had been moved to a temporary dedicated server for a week.
My sites still don't work though and I can't log into the FTP using the new IP address I was given. I've emailed abuse@hostgator.com but no answers yet. Unhappy. |

Thanks for the advice but these are the first things I did.
I've had a ticket open all evening. I called the support line and they told me I needed to email (!) the abuse department. HG support is being ineffective in this case. |
