I've just signed up for an HG reseller package. So far, so good. I wa up and running after - get this - four minutes.

But I've noticed a couple of things in the get started process that should be fixed.

1 - The first page of the reseller sign-up screen asks for a domain to register or, if no registration is need, a different domain. It's a little unclear whether this will be the primary site, the name of the server, or what. Since, as a reseller, I'm primarilly concerned about a server that's going to contain a lot of sites, I'm not really thinking about any one in particular. A block of descriptive text here would be helpful.

On a side note, a quick IM conversation with one of your support staff cleared this right up.

2 - There's a misspelling in the sign-up process. I think it's on the third page "packages" is spelled "pacakges" or something like that on the bottom navigation on the center table.

3 - On the reseller how-to page, it says I can preview my site at http://iphere/~username/. I'm dumb, though I've been doing this stuff forever, and I didn't get that it meant YOUR IP HERE/~username/. I was thinking, "Is this a misspelling again of an hsphere thing?" I don't know. It's late. But maybe if it was in all caps, or something to signify it wasn't an actual piece of text for the user to copy.

I'm sure I'll have more. All in all, so far, so good.

I appreciate the suggestions and will look into getting those things cleared up (and the typo fixed) as soon as possible.
