Hi, I just signed up tonight; first of all thanks for the super fast service!

I was just in cPanel and I'm wondering how to access Site Studio. I may have overlooked it, but I thought I looked everywhere. TIA!

That is because you must be moved to a special sitebuilder server. Be aware however that once you begin building your site using sitebuilder, you lose the ability to ftp into it. Sitebuilder is free for shared clients, but costs an aditional $2/mo if you're a reseller and want it. For resellers, this option is available only to you, NOT your clients.

I hope that helped clear things up a little about sitebuilder. I know it's confusing right now, but then it's also still relatively new.

I am a shared client, and well that stuff about being moved to a special server and losing ftp access, sounds like a big UGLY thing to do. Anyhow i just wanted to check out that sitebuilder thing out its not like i cant make my own site....

So are you saying resellers cannot offer this to our clients? I'm confused because the pop up on the reseller features list says "You can use SiteStudio on any site you host for $2/monthly licensing fee (per site that needs it)". I took that to mean it was an add-on option to any account we sell. Please clarify

That's what I've been informed -- unless it has recently changed.
