site studio question?

as seem from the hostgator, reseller plan need to pay $2 extra each month for the site studio. is that the site studio still connect to and check my web site after i have generated the website from it or i can just remove the subscription after i have done the website?

and can i use the site studio to create website for my clients ?

1 believe it will allow only 1 web site and the $2 is monthly. It is required to keep your site functional.
