Site Studio Help

Not sure if this is the right place to put this. I am a newbie and have been very impressed with support at Hostgator. They have taken time to help me through what must seem really simple questions (to them). Only problem I have is that I used Site Studio to build my website (www.thecatholictravelguide.com) since it came with hostgator. I set up the basics but once I got into trouble I could not get support from Site Studio--they only support end users. And since hostgator is simply a host they have not been able to help either. I have tried to add google analytics and when I add the snippet just before the close of the head page it takes all right, but any change I make on the website no matter how minor, it then deletes that snippet. And you need to post the snippet on each page even though it should only need to be posted on the index page and then automatically be added to all other pages. Also, in the one other web design software I used (Homestead) it was easy to add SEO features but with Site Studio that doesn't seem to be the case.

Very frustrating. I think that if Hostgator cannot support Site Studio then they really should not offer it since it can lead to customer service problems. Personally I don't plan to leave hostgator but there are probably some who would out of frustration.
