Site studio/cpanel/ my network problem

I just signed up for a gator host website. My problem is I have not been able to access site studio or my cpanel. The sales rep has been trying to help me but I have still not been able to access these sites. I have made hostgator and my domain lwatt.com trusted sites and allowed port 8080 in my network.

I took my laptop to my part time job (I go once a week) and I was able to access site studio. Their network is unsecure and mine is secure other than that I don't know what the difference would be.

Any suggestions anyone?

Make sure the cPanel ports are not blocked

cPanel ports: :2082, :2083

That cpanel proxy thing worked, thanx. Now I can get into my site. Now I would like to know if there is a work around to get into site builder because I still can't get in there? Is there a separate forum for that or what? Any ideas?
