Site Down again
I have contacted support so many times in the last month. I went with HG because of the uptime. Just within the last few weeks its been up and down so much! What is the deal and is there a way to change the actual server that I am on to prevent this from being such a huge problem all the time.

Do you have any ticket #'s from contacting support? To my knowledge we have not had any problems or substantial downtime this month. Thanks!

DOP-72467-426 is the ticket number.
It was down for about 5 min then back up. Every time I contact support I get the same thing. Well its fine now. I have had 3 of my clients tell me there sites where down.
