If I use the Site Builder provided by Host Gator, will I also have access to the html to edit it (either in the Site Builder App OR in the File Manager)?
Also, is there any ETD on the Windows Web Hosting? Thanks! |

sure, you will have access to the files via Cpanel's File Manager &/or FTP.
what do you mean by ETD?

if you mean ETD for the account to be created. Shared Accounts are usually created almost instantly, dedicated might take up to 48 hrs, although mine was delivered in 1 hr.
